Broncake is an exclusive dessert created by the pastry chefs of Bronte Dolci. It is not a plumcake but a soft leavened product made with the same dough as panettone and colombe, in a 300 gram format in the shape of a small log. This version is filled with orange peel and dark chocolate chips.
