Broncake stuffed with pistachio
Broncake is an exclusive dessert created by the pastry chefs of Bronte Dolci. It is not a plumcake but a soft leavened product made with the same dough as panettone and colombe, in a 400 gram format in the shape of a small log, glazed on the outside with white chocolate and pistachios and filled on the inside with Bronte Dolci pistachio cream.
